End of Year Roundup 2024

It's been a huge year for Prenwood. We’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to both our new and loyal customers for their incredible support. The positive reception to our rebrand means a great deal to us as we embark on this exciting new chapter.

The Beginning of Prenwood

This year we rebranded as Prenwood, marking an exciting evolution for the business. The name ‘Pren,’ meaning ‘wood’ in Welsh, pays homage to the company’s heritage while reflecting its modern direction. With a focus on exceptional design, craftsmanship, and individuality, Prenwood continues to create bespoke furniture for private homes and commercial projects, all handcrafted in our Wrexham workshop.

New Project: Highfield

This year, Prenwood expanded its reach by securing significant whole-house projects. The Highfield project involved a comprehensive renovation of a family home, delivering bespoke storage solutions throughout, including custom bunk beds, a spacious family living area, kitchen, guest bedrooms, and a children's den. Collaborating closely with interior designers Lewis Knox, Prenwood's workshop team meticulously crafted and installed these elements to meet a tight schedule.

New Project: Marloes

Similarly, the Marloes project enabled a young family to personalise their new build home with tailored storage solutions. Prenwood designed and installed a bespoke bookcase with paneling, a media wall in the open-plan living area, a custom walk-in dressing room, and paneling with a chest of drawers in the principal bedroom. This collaboration with Lewis Knox resulted in a functional and personalised living space that reflects the family's unique style.

These projects highlight Prenwood's commitment to delivering high-quality, bespoke joinery solutions tailored to each client's needs.

New Staff

In addition to welcoming Kieran to the team, we are excited to announce that we are actively recruiting for more skilled bench joiners and a spray booth manager. With a very busy order book for 2025, we’re expanding our team to meet the growing demand for our bespoke joinery services. These new roles are integral to helping us maintain our high standards of craftsmanship and ensure that we can deliver projects on time. If you are passionate about joinery and want to be part of a talented and dedicated team, we’d love to hear from you.
