How We Collaborate with Designers and Architects

At Prenwood, we believe in collaboration and meticulous attention to detail. Working closely with interior designers and architects, we ensure every bespoke piece of joinery we create aligns perfectly with your vision.

Here’s an insight into how we bring your designs to life:

1. Initial Enquiry and Information

Once we receive your enquiry, along with proposed drawings, mood boards, or a specification sheet, our team carefully reviews the details. If anything further is needed, we’ll reach out to ensure we have a complete understanding of your requirements before moving forward.

2. Quotation

Our team prepares a detailed quotation based on the information provided. This process typically takes 4 to 5 business days, depending on the complexity of the cabinetry or joinery requested. The quotation outlines every aspect of the project to ensure transparency and clarity.

3. Site Survey

Once the quotation is approved and the deposit is paid, we schedule a site visit to conduct a final survey. This step ensures precise measurements are taken once the site is ready, laying the foundation for a seamless installation.

4. Provisional Installation Date

We work with you to book a provisional installation date that aligns with your project timeline and our workshop schedule. This ensures we’re fully synchronised with your broader plans.

Seeing a project come to life is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do. It’s always a privilege to collaborate with such talented designers and architects, turning their ideas into something tangible and beautifully crafted.

5. Production Drawings and Sign-Off

Prenwood produces detailed production drawings for your review. These are shared with the designer for sign-off within an allocated time frame. Once approved, we lock in the final installation date and begin manufacturing. Each step is carefully planned to deliver exceptional craftsmanship that meets your expectations.
