That’s why every piece we craft comes with a Lifetime Guarantee. It’s our commitment to quality and durability. A promise that the furniture we make for you has been built to last and installed with precision.

This guarantee reflects our confidence in the materials we use, the hands that craft them, and our dedication to supporting you in looking after your cabinetry for generations to come.

What’s Covered

Our Lifetime Guarantee covers all custom-built cabinetry and furniture that has been both manufactured and installed by Prenwood.

You're covered for:

  • Any fault in workmanship or materials in cabinetry made and installed by us

  • Parts for life on qualifying products

  • Labour for the first 12 months
  • Transport costs for repairs or replacements

  • A similar alternative if your original product is no longer available

What’s NOT Covered

We want to be upfront about where the guarantee doesn’t apply. The Lifetime Guarantee does not cover:

  • Items we didn’t make: appliances, sinks, taps, worktops, hinges, drawer runners, etc.

  • Installations not carried out by our approved fitters, or items altered after installation

  • Natural timber movement: our solid wood adapts to your home and may shift subtly over time

  • Weathering or exposure: changes in colour, cracks or splits from sun or moisture exposure

  • Wear and tear: dents, scratches and daily use marks are part of life and character

  • Improper care: damage from neglecting maintenance or misuse of cleaning products

  • Accidental or intentional damage: including fire, water, or chemical damage
  • Unauthorised repairs or alterations: modifications or fixes made without our approval
  • Business-use exclusions apply: including misuse, specification errors or abnormal conditions

MAKING A CLAIM

If you believe something’s gone wrong with one of our products, please get in touch. Once we’ve looked into it and confirmed it falls under the guarantee, we’ll arrange repair or replacement swiftly and with care. A Guarantee for Your Home – and Your Home Only

This guarantee is made just for you. That means it’s non-transferable, and applies only to the original purchaser at the original installation address.
