OUR PROCESS
 START TO FINISH

Here's what to expect when we design, craft, and install our bespoke furniture.

Discovery Call

Every project begins with a short discovery call. This gives us a chance to learn about your project and where you're based. We’ll also answer any early questions and explain how the process works. If Prenwood feels like the right fit, we’ll arrange a consultation visit.

Free consultation visit

No two projects or spaces are the same. A Prenwood designer will visit you to see the space and understand what you're looking to achieve. It's a free design consultation where you can show us inspiration images and we can explore ideas together.

Design

Back at the studio we'll produce an initial design for approval, once agreed in principal we will produce a cost estimate to approve before we go deeper into the process. We can share samples of the materials and finishes too - some people like to come into our showroom to see these and discuss the final design in more detail.

PLACING YOUR ORDER

After we've talked the design over and made any final tweaks, we'll give you a final cost estimate to approve, take a deposit, and get your installation date in the diary. Our production director will then visit your space to take final measurements for our manufacturing team.

MANUFACTURING

Back at Prenwood our design and manufacturing teams will collaborate to bring your project to life. We'll keep you updated on progress and if you want to see the process in action you’re always welcome to visit our workshop.

Installation

As installation approaches we'll ask you to check the room/s are ready for the new cabinetry. Throughout the process you'll be assigned the same installation team so they will have a good understanding of your space.

We want to make sure you get the best from your new furniture so we'll leave you with a detailed care guide and will be on hand to answer any questions and offer advice.
